Handpicked, natural fermentation on the skins for 24 days, manual punching down three times a day, hand pressing. From 3260 kg of grapes, 2160 bottles were produced.

Aroma: Bulgarian rose, white flowers, fruit marmalade.

Taste: Soft, with a light note of honey, dried fruits, and acidity.

Recommended to serve at 9°C.
