Aroma: Notes of ripe apricots, yellow apples, quince, acacia bloom, honeycombs, and beeswax.
Taste: Well-balanced and rounded, with a buttery structure. The long aftertaste features hints of sour cherry, honey, butter, and crème brûlée.
Recommended to serve at 9°C.
